(PCAP), an integrated association of criminologists, envisions the full potential of Filipino Criminologist, under legally defined opportunities based on its academic, skills and competency framework of Criminology and Criminologist profession which is anchored on the Philippine Qualifications Framework (PQF) provisions, the Foreign Reciprocity principles and agreements, the Mutual Recognition Professional Qualifications Framework (MRPQF) and other relevant policy as essential elements in making Filipino Criminologists locally functional and globally relevant.
