PCAP National President Invited for Academic Lectures in Taiwan

Dean Gerry J. Caño, PhD, National President of the Professional Criminologists Association of the Philippines, Inc. (PCAP) and President of the Asian Criminological Society, has been invited to visit Taiwan in November 2026 for a series of academic lectures and professional exchanges focused on criminology and crime prevention.
The academic engagements will be hosted by National Chung Cheng University, National Taipei University, and Central Police University of the Republic of China (Taiwan). These invitations provide opportunities to exchange knowledge, discuss contemporary developments in criminology, and strengthen cooperation among criminology professionals and academic institutions in the Philippines and Taiwan.
Dean Caño’s participation reflects PCAP’s continuing commitment to professional development, international academic collaboration, and the advancement of criminology and crime-prevention education. The engagements will also help build stronger professional connections and encourage the sharing of research, practices, and perspectives within the regional criminology community.
